The scholarship is awarded by ICPAS to local students (Polytechnic diploma or GCE ‘A’ level holders) with outstanding academic results and/or demonstrated financial needs to complete the UOL Degree Programmes at SAA:

The scholarship will cover SAA application fee, course fees and lecture materials.

The scholarship entitles student to enroll for the full UOL degree course (12 subjects or less depending on number of exemptions) at SAA city campus

Must pursue their studies leading to the UOL qualification with SAA and are required to attend at least 90% of the course lectures. In event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances resulting in attendance of less than 90%, a medical certificate or an authorized letter specifying the reason will be required confirming the absence from class |

Should the recipient withdraw, discontinue from the sponsored programme, he/she will have to repay SAA, the full course fees that has been disbursed at the prevailing rates |

SAA shall review the recipient’s performance at the end of each academic year before the scholarship is renewed. Continuing students need to pass all 4 subjects with minimum mark of 50% per subject and have a combined aggregate mark of 260 (minimum) |

SAA reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the scholarship at any time if, in its opinion, the recipient’s conduct or performance has not been satisfactory |

SAA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions for awarding the scholarship at their sole discretion |

The scholarship selection committee's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entertained. All successful applicants shall be informed by SAA by end July |
A separate letter with the detailed terms and conditions (including the above terms and conditions) and others relating to the course of study itself will be given to the successful applicant. Please ensure that you have this letter and understand the binding terms and conditions
