Withdrawal / Refund Policy

All requests for refund must be in writing with relevant supporting documentary proof.

Students who wish to withdraw from the programme must fill up the Notification of Intention to Withdraw or Suspend Course Form, attach proper documentation and submit to the SAA Student Reception Counter.

Registration Fee

The registration fees to SAA are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Student Protection Scheme (SPS) Insurance Premium

In the event:

  • SAA cancels the course, the premium will be refunded in full to the student.
  • Student’s Pass application is not successful, the premium will be refunded after deducting an administrative fee of S$26.75 by NTUC.
  • No refund will be issued for withdrawals and those who are into the course for at least 6 months.

  • Rejection of admission by Nottingham University
Cheque refund on full course fees paid
  • Pregnancy
  • Long term medical conditions certified by a Singapore registered doctor
  • Overseas deployment of more than 6 months
  • Overseas postings by company of more than 6 months
All other reasons will be approved on a case-by-case basis.

NOTE:

  1. For an enrolled student who wishes to leave the programme temporarily, you have the option to suspend your studies, subject to the approval of the University.
  2. Enrolled students withdrawing from the course will have to submit relevant supporting documents. Any other reasons than those stated above, will be approved on a case by case basis by the Academy and the University.
