SAA-GE welcomes applications from all well qualified and motivated candidates.
All foreign candidates wishing to pursue their studies at SAA-GE must apply for a Student's Pass with the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA). SAA-GE is awarded the SQC-PEOs accreditation and therefore all international students can enjoy the benefits such as:
- "Green Lane" of Student's Pass application
- No security deposit required for ICA
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to apply to study at SAA-GE.

- SAA-GE International Student Enrolment Form
- ACCA/CAT(S) Technician Registration Form, or
- ACCA/ ICPAS Initial Registration Form (for CAT and ACCA applicants only)
- ICA student's pass application forms.
- One recent passport-sized photograph
- Official birth certificate
- High school certificates and result transcripts
- Highest education certificates and result transcripts
- Documentary proof of financial ability in the form of bank statements/fixed deposit accounts/saving accounts, advisable to be S$40,000 (if applicable)
- Applicant’s Employment Letter (if applicable)
- Parents' Employment Letter (if applicable)
- Photocopy of student's passport
- Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
All documents that are not in English are required to be translated and notarized.
Please send us your duly-completed application forms and supportive documents together with the following payment to our mailing address:
- Application fee: S$200
- ICA Processing Fees: S$30
ICA will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to process the student’s pass application.
Payment can be made in cash/NETS/Debit or Credit (Master/Visa) Card/Bank Draft/Cheque.
Upon student’s pass approval and you have been accepted to SAA-GE, you will receive the following:
- A Letter of Acceptance (for ICPAS/ACCA Professional JES, ICPAS/ACCA Technician JES Program)/ Conditional Letter of Offer (for UOL Program)
- ICA’s In-Principal Approval (IPA) letter
- Information on course fees, FPS, Medical Insurance and other fees
- Information on refund and withdrawal policy
- 2 copies of student contract
- Accommodation information (when required)
For UOL Program, if you would like to accept your offer, you should complete, sign and fax the acceptance declaration to the Admissions Office at SAA-GE or to SAA-GE appointed agent in your country.
As soon as we have received your acceptance form and fees, we will apply for the FPS Insurance, enter into student contract and arrange e-appointment with ICA to collect student’s pass.
After collecting student’s pass, you are required to register as ICPAS/ACCA – CAT Member with ACCA (UK) and ICPAS, please contact Examination & Student Registry (ESR) department for information on membership registration and exemptions. Please note that you are required to register as ACCA/CAT member before 15 Dec or 15 July in order to take June and December exams respectively. You will NOT be eligible for Exams if you do not register before the deadline.
