Introduction
SAA is an approved Computer Based Examination
Centre for CAT Introductory and Intermediate Levels and ACCA
Papers F1 – F3, MMA and MFA.
ACCA and CAT CBEs are conducted monthly.
All students are required to hold a valid ACCA
registration number prior to being allowed to sit CBEs.

CAT CBE Extended Registration Closing Date
(for students who have missed the membership registration deadline)
CAT CBE extended registration deadline are made
available for students sitting CBEs between:
- 1 January and 31 March,
who also wish to sit paper based examinations at the forthcoming
June exam session; and
- 16 August and 30 September,
who also wish to sit paper based examinations at the forthcoming
December exam session.
The extended registration closing period is:
- June Examination session: 1 January and 28 February
- December Examination session : 16 - 31 August
Procedures
Only on-line student membership registrations
are accepted. Student will submit the following documents
to SAA:
- Web declaration form (After completion of
online registration) - Compulsory
- Photocopies of the educational certificates
and transcripts
- Photocopy of NRIC (Both sides) or passport
for foreigners
- 1 passport size photo
- Initial payments
- $100 to CAT(S) Ltd, payable by cash, NETS,
Credit / Debit Cards, cheque, Bank Draft or Money Order
- £56 to ACCA UK, payable by Credit / Debit
Cards, Bank Draft or Money Order
- Exam Entry Form and Exam fees for immediate
Exam session

Submission of Exam Entry Form
- SAA will submit on behalf of the students,
the web declaration forms, photos and supporting documentation
for registration, along with examination entries and fees
by the extended deadlines of:

- ACCA will complete the registration and process
the exam entries. The students will then have their actual
registration numbers confirmed.
- Exam entries cannot be changed once submitted
to ACCA.
NOTE: This service is only
applicable to CAT CBE students who wish to sit paper based
examinations at the immediate examination session after attempting
their CBE examinations.
- Registration will commence on the second Tuesday of every month for the following month.
- Early registrations WILL NOT be accepted.
- Registration forms can be obtained from SAA Counters.
- Registration can only be done at SAA Main Campus located at Aljunied.
- Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Registration will close when there are no more vacancies, you may enquire before coming down.
