1. ACCA, CAT, ATTS and UOL Lecturers
Responsibilities:
- Full-time / Part-time lecturing of students in selected subject
- Preparation of quality course materials, setting and marking of mock examination papers
- Provision of academic consultation to students
Requirements:
- 3 years prior experience in teaching relevant subjects
- A degree specializing in the specific area of teaching, e.g. Accounting, Finance, Taxation
- An ACCA qualification would be advantageous

2. ACCA/Oxford Brookes Degree Partnership Mentor
Responsibilities:
- Act as a mentor to the student for the ACCA/Oxford Brookes Degree Partnership Programme
- Track the Framework and progress of the student
- Certify that the report and presentation has been completed in accordance to the guidelines of Oxford Brookes University
- Hold three sessions of half-hour meetings with the student to monitor his/her progression on the Project
- Observe a presentation by the student on his/her Project
Requirements:
- A qualified Chartered Certified Accountant
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Education Industry

1. EXECUTIVE, INFOCOMM PROGRAMMES
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ enquiries and follow up on applications
- Provide consulting services to public enquiries
- Administrative work, processing applications, filing etc
- Process payment and maintain online system
- Ensure all admin and logistics support are in place for course
- Follow through the project work certification schedule
- Liaison with the panel of advisors, certification committee, trainers and IDA authorities
- Assist in any marketing efforts in the growth of this programme
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in business / marketing discipline
- Customer service oriented, able to speak to customers face to face as well as handle phone calls
- Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with positive work attitude
- Strong learning ability
- Able to handle administrative work

Responsibilities:

3. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES (MAIN CAMPUS)
Responsibilities:
- Process data entry for enrolment forms. (main intakes, tutorials, revision class)
- Process course request for international students
- Provide customer service at front counter
- Provide customer service through course consultations and handling enquiries through emails and telephone
- Assist in Computer Based Exam invigilation
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level / ITE graduate / PR or equivalent with minimum 1-year experience preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Possess initiative and ability to multi task
- Present personality with good interpersonal and customer relationship skills

4. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, ACADEMIC PROGRAMMES (CITY CAMPUS)
Responsibilities:
- Attend to enquiries on academic programmes from walk-in customers
- Collect enrolment forms for academic programmes, seminars & workshops
- Prepare attendance lists and lecture sequence
- Assist in the administration process for academic programmes
- Oversee the CPA Members lounge
- Liaise with logistics staff on external classroom booking matters
Requirements:
- GCE ‘A’ Level
- Customer service oriented
- Possess initiative and ability to multi task
- Present personality with good interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Good communications skills
- Competent in Microsoft office applications

5. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, COMMUNICATIONS
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate the production of Singapore Accountant from start to finish
- Writing of simple articles for various communication channels
- Proofreading – spotting & correcting grammatical errors as well as improving layout
- Assist in events management and other ad-hoc projects
- Update website contents
- Administrative duties
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma Mass Communication / PR or equivalent with minimum 1-year experience preferred but fresh graduates can apply
- Effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin). Good spoken and written communication skills
- Writing Skills
- Meticulous, organized, pro-active & flexible
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications
