Educational Qualification
Susan graduated from the Adelaide University with a Masters of Business Administration; and is also a Certified Public Accountant (Singapore) holding Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University.
Professional Experience
Susan started her career as a Corporate Taxation Associate in one of the big four public accounting firms. She subsequently progressed to a petrochemical multinational corporation (MNC) and assumed several financial & business analytical positions. She then brought along her expertise to separately pioneer the start-up of two US MNCs’ regional management reporting & analysis function in the power generation industry as well as the electronics’ manufacturing sector.
Training Experience
Armed with more than 10 years’ of management accounting and business reporting experience, Susan is now with the Institute of Business Analytics Pte Ltd as a trainer and consultant.

Khoo Shee Fei CPA Singapore, CFA, ChFC
Educational Qualification
Shee Fei graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and is a Certified Public Accountant from Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He is also a CFA and ChFC charterholder.
Professional Experience
Shee Fei began his career as an external auditor with one of the Big Five international accounting firm upon graduating from NTU where he was involved in various due diligence projects for MNCs for mergers and acquisitions and public listings. Shee Fei moved on to join a SME where he was involved in the Group’s expansion to overseas markets like Korea, Malaysia and internal projects, rising to the position of CFO within two years. Shee Fei later joined a biotechnology company as their CFO.
Training Experience
Shee Fei discovered his passion for teaching as he conducted frequent in-house trainings to his local and overseas staff. He demonstrated a knack for explaining concepts in simple language and relate them to real life work examples.
