Adrian Hoa LLB (HONS)
Educational Qualification
Mr Hoa graduated with Honours in Law from the prestigious University of London and is also a member of the Middle Temple Inn Bar, United Kingdom.
Professional Experience
He was formally an in-house corporate legal counsel with various prominent real estate companies and is currently a Senior Group Director/Legal Manager/Business Consultant of various companies in Singapore.
Lecturing Experience
Mr Hoa had been invited to lecture on Corporate and Business Laws including Law of Contract and Company Law, Real Estate/Property Laws and many other law modules at various established institutions and companies in Singapore, which included but not limited to Singapore Institute of Commerce/Stansfield Group of Companies and had even given talks/seminars on Laws to the public and professional sectors in hotels and companies.
In addition, Mr Hoa was even invited to write articles on laws and real estate in various magazines like "The Smart Investor" Magazine, "The Singapore Law Gazette", "Singapore Property Guide" and was even invited to contribute articles of law and real estate in the main newspapers, "The Straits Times" and had further been invited to give talks in Mandarin via Radio 95.8FM on corporate matters in Singapore.
Mr Hoa is currently lecturing for the Academy for ACCA Paper F4 and ATTS Paper 3 module (Corporate and Business Law), and is also a Law Lecturer in Singapore Manufacturers Association (SMA) for Murdoch University Bachelors Degree Singapore Corporate and Business Law Module and MDIS Group of Companies for Legal Framework I Law Module in Australian Laws for their various academic degree qualifications programmes including Edith Cowan University Australia (ECUni).

Dr. Anand Jude Anthony Phd (CM), LL.M, LL.B (Hons), MSc ICM, B.Eng. MCIArb, MSIArb, MACostE, MAACE, MSocPM, ICIOB
Educational Qualification
Mr. Anand Jude Anthony is a qualified engineer who graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with honours from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He then went on to complete his Master of Science in International Construction Management from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU). His next major academic achievement was the completion of the Bachelor of Laws with honours from the University of London, and subsequently completing the Master of Laws in Commercial & Corporate Law from the University of London. He also has a host of other professional qualifications in the field of Arbitration and construction engineering. He has also completed his Phd in Construction Management.
Professional Experience
Mr. Anand is a member of various professional bodies, most of them being in the field of construction Engineering and Arbitration. He is a member of the Association of Cost Engineers in UK, the Society of Project Managers and the American association of Cost engineers. He is the vice-president of the Singapore Branch of the American Association of cost engineers.
Lecturing Experience
Mr. Anand has more than 10 years of teaching experience at various established and recognised, private educational institutions. He specialises mainly in the teaching of subjects from the university of London programmes but has expertise also in the American and Australian jurisdictions. He is an expert in Land Law, the Law of Trusts, Contract law, Corporate and Commercial law and other business and commerce related law subjects.

Tan Peng Kwee, Solicitor, Advocate LLB (HONS)
Educational Qualification
Mr Tan graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National University of Singapore in 1989. He is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and a Family Court mediator with Eagles Mediation. He is also an advisor to the Association of Legal Executives in Singapore.
Professional Experience
Mr Tan is currently a practising lawyer with the law firm of Peng Kwee & Company, in Singapore. He has been an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore for more than 10 years and in practice for more than 10 years. He has recently also became a Commissioner for Oaths. He has diverse exposure in various aspects of legal work, both civil and criminal. He is also the managing consultant of Bird's Consultancy and a director with Manth Consultancy Pte Ltd. He had also served as a regular officer at the Singapore Police Force.
Lecturing Experience
Mr Tan has taught as a full time lecturer in the then Diploma in Legal Studies at Temasek Polytechnic for two years and a part-time lecturer on several of the part-time Diplomas and Specialist Diplomas. He conducted lectures in Commercial Law with the Singapore Human Resource Institute as well as criminal law in the Senior Officer's Basic Course at the Police Academy. He has also conducted seminars with Multi-national Corporations as well as continuing professional education seminars with the Singapore Accountancy Academy and the Singapore Human Resource Institute. Amongst other institutions, he has lectured in are the Singapore Hotel Association Training and Education Centre (SHATEC) and the Commercial Affairs Department. Mr Tan has also participated at various forums, both as a speaker and a panellist.
Mr Tan is experienced in conducting training programmes to a wide range of audiences, from students with no work experience to professionals from the industries. He has also conducted seminars in English, Mandarin and Hokkien. His wide experience ensures that participants are given a good understanding of the fundamentals of law without sacrificing the practical aspects of law in the light of the environment the law operates in. He also leverages on technology to facilitate his lectures where such is applicable. Participants have always found his approach to various topics both refreshing and enlightening, sometimes even entertaining.
Mr Tan is the author of the Paper 2.2 (SGP) Corporate and Business Law Study Manual and Revision Kit, published by SAA-GE.

Mohamed Malik LLM (London), LLB (London) (Hons), MCIArb (UK), PG Cert & PG Dip in Commercial & Corporate Law (London)
Educational Qualification
Mr. Malik graduated with Honours in the Bachelor of laws, from the University of London (external system) in the year 1990. He has also completed his Master of Laws, specializing in corporate and commercial law. He is a student member of the Middle Temple, Inns of Court, where he attended dinners as part of his course for the Bar. He completed the post graduate certificate and Diploma exams with the University of London attaining a merit in both the exams. He completed the exams for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and is a member of the Institute.
Professional Experience
Mr. Malik brings with him 23 years of corporate and commercial experience, in the Airline logistics and customer servicing industry. He has performed customer servicing, logistics and management functions in the Airport Ground Handling and Airline Industry from 1978 – 2003, contributing to the early years of the growth of the airline and airport handling industry in Singapore.
Lecturing Experience
Mr. Malik is currently the Head of the UOL Law programmes and is an Academic Board member at SAA Global Education. He has over 10 years of experience leading the law departments and teaching law subjects in various Singapore PEIs (Private Education Institutions) for programmes offered by both UK and Australian Universities. In particular, he has taught for the University of London law degree, and has specialised in the corporate and commercial law subjects, such as contract law, Common law reasoning, Company law, commercial law and European Union Law. He also has expert experience in the teaching of the Business law subjects in the Monash College and Deakin University programmes. He was also the examiner/marker for the Business law papers for the Monash College programmes in Singapore. He is currently an Academic Board member at SAA Global Education.

Ms Razwana Begum LLM (Lon) LLB (Hons) University of Wolverhampton PG Dip Social Work
Educational Qualification
Ms. Razwana graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of Wolverhampton in 1997. She also obtained a Master of Laws majoring in Criminology from University of London in 2006. She completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Social work through a sponsorship by her Ministry employer.
Professional Experience
Ms. Razwana has been working with offenders and the criminal justice system in Singapore for the last 8 years. Her work involves the management of a team of probation officers dealing with criminal offenders and court appearance to provide professional expertise and opinion where necessary.
Lecturing Experience
Ms Razwana Begum has worked as a lecturer and a principal of an Institution in Johor Bahru, Malaysia for a year in 1997 and has the experience of tutoring students in management subjects. She currently teaches law for the University of London Bachelor of Laws programme and is an expert in Criminology, criminal law, evidence and Jurisprudence. She has taught business law subjects at various established private institutions for students pursuing degrees in business. She is also currently pursuing her research for a PhD.
