Eligibility Criteria
New Preparatory Course for Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Examination or Preparatory Course Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) Examination student
Open to all NTUC affiliated unions' members who have at least 6 months of paid-up NTUC Membership
Applicants must fulfil the minimum qualification requirement set by ACCA
The combined monthly household income will be taken into consideration
Has outstanding academic results
Has good leadership and communications skills
Has good character record
Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an interview session.

The scholarship is tenable for the duration of the scholar’s studies (up to 1.5 years) ad is subject to outstanding academic performance.
No bond is required under the terms of this scholarship.
All scholarship recipients are required to sign two copies of thee student contract.
