To attract and develop the best talents from overseas, SAA Global Education is offering one full scholarship each for the Preparatory Course for Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) Examination and Preparatory Course for Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Examination to full-time students from foreign countries. These qualifications serve students by launching their career in the accountancy industry and nurturing them to become a CPA in Singapore.
Eligibility Criteria
New Preparatory Course for Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Examination or Preparatory Course for Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) Examination student
- Citizens of foreign countries
- Outstanding academic results
- Good leadership and communications skills
- Good Character records
**The scholarship is only for international students who will hold on to the Academy’s full time student pass upon successful selection. Interested applicants who are currently working in their home countries are also welcome to apply for the scholarship. In the event that an applicant is selected, he/she will need to apply for a SAA Global Education student pass to come into Singapore as a full-time student pass holder.
Tenure and Value of the Scholarship Award
The scholarship covers tuition fees of Preparatory Course for Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Examination and textbooks, revision kits and lecture materials. One attempt for each subject, these apply for both ACCA & FIA

The scholarship is tenable for the duration of the scholar’s studies (up 1.5 years) and is subject to outstanding academic performance. No bond is required under the terms of this scholarship. All scholarship recipients are required to sign two copies of student contract.
